Economy Shipping
For Economy Shipping and Free Economy Shipping, we select the shipping carrier and service based on the package size, weight, destination, and available shipping options.
Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All shipments include tracking.
Economy Shipping is not necessarily slower than our paid shipping options. Many Economy orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
Expedited Shipping

This is a genuine vintage Singer Embroidery/Darning Needle Plate (also known as a throat plate or feed dog cover plate) - original Singer Part #189631 (SIMANCO 189631) in excellent condition, not a reproduction. This flat metal plate is used to cover the feed dogs of the sewing machine to allow for free-motion sewing techniques.

How to Use the Darning/Embroidery Plate
Using this plate allows for creative free-motion stitching.
- Preparation: Remove your standard needle plate and attach the #189631 plate to the machine bed. Ensure the presser foot is also removed or a darning/embroidery foot is attached (a specific foot is needed for optimal use, although free-motion is possible without one)
