Economy Shipping
For Economy Shipping and Free Economy Shipping, we select the shipping carrier and service based on the package size, weight, destination, and available shipping options.
Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All shipments include tracking.
Economy Shipping is not necessarily slower than our paid shipping options. Many Economy orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
Expedited Shipping
Customers who prefer a specific USPS service can select USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express at checkout.
USPS Priority Mail Express is available on eligible lightweight orders weighing up to one pound. Availability may vary depending on the items ordered.

APO/FPO Shipping

How the Ruffler Attachment Works:
The ruffler attachment uses a mechanical blade mechanism that pushes fabric forward at regular intervals, creating uniform gathers or pleats. The frequency regulator controls how often the blade pushes fabric: every stitch creates tight, full ruffles; every 6th stitch creates medium gathers; every 12th stitch creates soft, gentle gathers; and zero creates no gathers (for attaching flat fabric). The adjusting screw at the front controls the depth—how much fabric is pushed in with each tuck—which determines the fullness of the ruffle. The attachment can ruffle a single layer of fabric to create trim, or it can ruffle one layer while simultaneously stitching it to a flat layer underneath, saving enormous time on projects with extensive ruffling.

Using the Attachment:
- Attach Ruffler: Install ruffler attachment on your slant needle machine following manufacturer instructions
- Set Frequency: Adjust regulator to desired frequency (every stitch, 6th, 12th, or zero)
- Set Depth: Adjust front screw to control ruffle fullness
- Thread Fabric: For single-layer ruffling, thread fabric through top slot. For ruffle-and-attach, thread ruffle fabric through top slot and flat fabric through bottom slot
- Sew: Stitch with straight stitch. Attachment creates uniform ruffles automatically
- Adjust as Needed: Test on scrap fabric and adjust frequency and depth settings for desired effect
Two Methods of Ruffling:
Single-Layer Ruffling: Thread fabric through the top slot only. The attachment creates ruffles on a single strip of fabric that can be applied to projects later, just like pre-made trim. Perfect for creating ruffled trim in advance.
Ruffle and Attach Simultaneously: Thread ruffle fabric through the top slot and flat fabric through the bottom slot. The attachment ruffles the top layer while simultaneously stitching it to the flat bottom layer in a single operation. This is a huge time-saver for projects with extensive ruffling like curtains, bedskirts, or ruffled garments.

Important Note: Straight Stitch Only
The ruffler attachment is used for straight stitching only. Zigzag and decorative stitches will not work with this attachment and may damage the mechanism. Always use straight stitch when using the ruffler.
