Our Commitment: We strive to deliver the right sewing machine parts every time. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right with a hassle-free process.

Return Window: You may return items within 60 days of the original purchase date for a refund, minus shipping costs. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Defective Returns:

  • If you’re not satisfied or ordered the wrong part (e.g., incorrect universal V-belt), return it in brand-new condition (unused, in original unopened packaging, such as sealed bag or box). 
  • Costs: You’re responsible for return shipping ($5–$10, depending on carrier). A 10% restocking fee applies to opened or used items. For orders with free shipping, a standard shipping fee ($5–$10, based on order weight) is deducted from your refund.
  • Prepaid Option: Request a $5 USPS prepaid label (deducted from refund) for convenience - contact us to arrange.
  • Tip: Avoid return costs by verifying part compatibility emailing vintagesingerparts@gmail.com before ordering. 

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective part (e.g., cracked V-belt) or incorrect item (e.g., wrong belt size), we’ll provide a free replacement or refund.
  • Process: Submit a claim via or email vintagesingerparts@gmail.com with:
  1. Order number
  2. Photo showing the defect or incorrect item (clearly visible with order number)
  3. Brief description (e.g., “Received 15-inch V-belt, ordered 18-inch”) No return is needed for most claims—we’ll ship a replacement within 1–2 days. For verification, we may request the item back (prepaid label provided).
  • Note: Claims are reviewed to ensure fairness. Misreported claims (e.g., ordering errors claimed as incorrect items) may incur standard return costs. 

How to Return:

  • Mail your item with proof of purchase to: Central Michigan Sewing Supplies, 126 Corporation Way Unit G, Venice, FL 34285 Use any tracked carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). We recommend USPS for low-cost options ($5–$10).
  • For non-defective returns, use our optional $5 prepaid USPS label (deducted from refund) for convenience—request via email.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
  • Late Refunds: Check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary. If issues persist, email us.

Exchanges:

  • We replace defective or incorrect items at no cost. Submit a claim as above to arrange a free exchange for the same item.
  • For non-defective exchanges (e.g., wrong V-belt ordered), standard return shipping and restocking fees apply.
