- Material: 100% Long Staple Egyptian Mako Cotton, which is mercerized to create a high-sheen, smooth finish.
- Low Lint: Celebrated by machine technicians for being virtually lint-free, which prevents buildup in your bobbin case and tension disks.
- 2-Ply Construction: Most 50wt cotton threads are 3-ply; Aurifil's 2-ply design makes it much thinner, allowing it to "sink" into the fabric for nearly invisible seams and detailed quilting.
