Free Economy Shipping is available on U.S. orders of $45 or more, including APO/FPO addresses. Eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.
Customers who qualify for free shipping may still choose a paid shipping service at checkout.
Economy Shipping
For Economy Shipping and Free Economy Shipping, we select the shipping carrier and service based on the package size, weight, destination, and available shipping options.
Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All shipments include tracking.
Economy Shipping is not necessarily slower than our paid shipping options. Many Economy orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
Expedited Shipping
Customers who prefer a specific USPS service can select USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express at checkout.
USPS Priority Mail Express is available on eligible lightweight orders weighing up to one pound. Availability may vary depending on the items ordered.

APO/FPO Shipping
We ship to APO/FPO addresses using eligible USPS services. Free Economy Shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $45 or more.
Delivery times to military addresses may be longer than standard domestic estimates.

Make sewing more comfortable with this Foot Controller Adapter from The Featherweight Shop, designed to convert the original vintage Singer Bakelite foot controller into a more comfortable, full-foot-operated pedal.
Many vintage Singer sewing machines came equipped with a Bakelite foot controller featuring a small push-button operating surface. While these original controllers are durable and reliable, pressing the small button for extended periods can become uncomfortable.
This adapter features a hinged paddle that fits over the original foot controller, allowing you to operate your sewing machine using your entire foot rather than pressing a small button.

Important: Compatibility is determined by the style and physical dimensions of the foot controller, not simply the sewing machine model. These machines were offered with different controllers over the years. Compare your existing controller with the product photographs before ordering.
Installation
Place your original Singer Bakelite foot controller into the adapter's cradle and position the hinged paddle over the operating button. The larger paddle allows you to control sewing speed using natural foot pressure.
No permanent modifications are necessary.
