Description
Singer J-Style Plastic Bobbins - Part 85128 (10-Pack)
Replacement Class 15J plastic bobbins designed specifically for Singer sewing machines that require J-Style bobbins. These bobbins are essential for Singer Futura embroidery machines, CE series, Heavy Duty models, and many other popular Singer machines. Also compatible with select Juki, Pfaff, and Viking models.
What Are J-Style Bobbins?
J-Style bobbins (also called Class 15J) are a specific type of plastic bobbin with unique characteristics that set them apart from standard Class 15 bobbins. They are slightly shorter with gently curved sides (versus flat sides on standard Class 15), and are designed to grip thread better, absorb machine vibrations, and reduce noise during operation.
Key Features:
- Class 15J Design - Specific J-Style bobbin, NOT interchangeable with standard Class 15 or Class 66
- Plastic Construction - Lightweight and gentle on your machine
- Curved Sides - Slightly shorter than standard Class 15 with curved profile
- Consistent Thread Winding - Ensures smooth unwinding for quality stitches
- Vibration Dampening - Reduces machine noise and thread tangling
- Wide Compatibility - Fits 100+ Singer models plus select Juki, Pfaff, Viking machines
- 10-Pack Value - Stock up for uninterrupted sewing
Important Compatibility Warning:
J-Style bobbins are NOT interchangeable with standard Class 15, Class 66, or metal bobbins. Using the wrong bobbin type can affect stitch quality and potentially damage your machine. Always verify your machine requires J-Style bobbins before purchasing.
