Economy Shipping
For Economy Shipping and Free Economy Shipping, we select the shipping carrier and service based on the package size, weight, destination, and available shipping options.
Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All shipments include tracking.

How the Overedge Foot Works:
This ingenious Singer attachment mimics the effect of a modern serger using your vintage machine's built-in capabilities. Here's the magic:
Edge Guide (Flange): The foot features a guide on the right side that you align with the raw edge of your fabric. This ensures stitches are consistently placed right at the fabric edge.
Central Bar (Bridge): A small metal bar is located in the center of the stitching area. As your needle moves side-to-side in a zigzag or overedge stitch, the thread wraps around this bar.
Stitch Formation: The needle stitches over the central bar, pulling the right amount of thread into each stitch. Crucially, this prevents the fabric edge from curling or puckering as stitches form.
Release Mechanism: As fabric moves through the machine, thread loops slide off the back of the bar and fall into perfect position on the fabric edge, creating a neat, professional finish that lies flat.
